Soyuz Africa Connections (SAC) is a Ugandan Association of Alumni from Higher Education Institutions of the Russian Federation and former countries of Soviet Union (commonly referred to as Commonwealth of Independent Countries- CIS) with interests in languages, trade relations, socio-economic interactions, and investment and business opportunities in Uganda and counties of CIS. Association’s membership is drawn from over 2800 alumni, residing both in Uganda and in foreign countries, including non-Alumni who are well-wishers of the association.

What is Soyuz Africa Connections (SAC)?
SAC is a Ugandan association of alumni who studied in the Russian Federation and other former Soviet Union countries. Our mission is to foster Uganda-Russia collaboration in education, trade, cultural exchange, and socio-economic development, providing opportunities for learning, working, and investing abroad.
What language programs do you offer?
We offer language training programs in Russian and other international languages to help members improve their professional skills, explore global opportunities, and connect with international communities
What opportunities can I access through SAC?
SAC connects members to scholarships, international jobs, professional training, and trade partnerships. We also promote mutual cooperation between Uganda and CIS countries to foster economic and professional growth.
